Expect more from your UV printer

Why settle for the limits of standard UV print-and-cut? The TrueVis MG2 Series combines fast production, exceptional colour and advanced UV capabilities to help you produce distinctive, higher-value work efficiently. With up to five ink layers printed in a single pass, MG2 goes beyond the three-layer capability of competing solutions. Combined with smooth operation and reliable productivity, it gives you more ways to expand your offering, add value to every job and get more from your UV printer.

Make the cut

From premium labels and short-run packaging to shaped retail graphics and personalised stickers, integrated Print & Cut makes it easy to produce high-value work without investing in additional finishing equipment or costly cutting dies.

Five layers. One pass.

Produce sophisticated graphics with up to five ink layers in a single pass, combining CMYK, White and Gloss without reverse-feeding the media between layers. This makes complex multi-layer printing faster and more reliable, while reducing the risk of misalignment and registration errors. Create double-sided window graphics, transparent decals with white underprints, textured effects and premium spot gloss finishes in one continuous workflow. With up to five layers, the MG2 Series gives you greater flexibility to produce distinctive, high-value applications efficiently.

The power of UV printing

UV printing gives you the freedom to produce far more than traditional graphics. Instantly cured UV inks adhere to a wide range of flexible media while White and Gloss inks enable premium effects including textured finishes, spot gloss, reverse printing, and multi-layer graphics. Combined with optional Red and Orange inks, the MG2 Series delivers vibrant, high-definition output with exceptional color accuracy across an extensive range of applications. From premium labels and retail displays to window graphics, interior décor, packaging prototypes, and specialty graphics, the MG2 Series helps you expand into higher-value markets and create products that stand out from the competition.

The easy way to maximum productivity

Every stage of production has been designed to keep work moving efficiently. Automatic media setup, Direct Print, intelligent media handling, and an enhanced cleaning system reduce operator intervention while helping maximise uptime and maintain consistent print quality. From initial setup through to finished output, the MG2 Series delivers a smooth, reliable production experience. Whether you’re producing a single custom job or running multiple print queues throughout the day, intuitive automation helps reduce downtime, increase productivity, and give operators more time to focus on growing the business.

Lower costs. Higher returns.

The MG2 Series is designed to maximise profitability through lower operating costs and greater production efficiency. High-capacity 1,000 ml ink pouches help reduce running costs by up to 40% compared to 500 ml inks, while longer print runs mean fewer interruptions for ink replacement. Combined with premium UV applications, the MG2 helps increase the value of every print you produce. Whether you’re creating short-run labels, packaging prototypes, or premium signage, digital UV production eliminates the need for dies, making it faster and more economical to produce profitable, on-demand work.

Industry-leading features

Advanced printheads for faster printing – Powered by newly developed industrial piezo printheads, the TrueVis MG2 Series delivers ultra-fine ink droplets at high density for outstanding productivity and exceptional image quality. Combined with high-speed UV-LED curing, it achieves print speeds up to twice those of previous models, helping you produce more without compromising quality.

True Rich Colour with advanced UV inks – Produce exceptional image quality with vibrant colors, smooth gradations and outstanding detail. True Rich Colour combines with Red and Orange inks to extend the colour gamut beyond standard CMYK, reproducing more brand colors accurately, achieving broader Pantone coverage and delivering richer, more impactful results across every job.

Automation built into every job – Automatic media loading, one-touch media calibration, Direct Print, integrated print & cut and intelligent media take-up all work together to reduce setup time and operator intervention.
